Some teas can help in relieving menstrual cramps as it contains some of the herbs which act like oestrogens. You can drink it for 2-3 times a day to get relief. Tea is very handy if you want to get rid of cramps before periods.
Papaya is a useful remedy to get rid of cramps before period. Papaya contains an enzyme which helps in the blood circulation when women are having their mensuration time coming. Eat the papaya every day before and after menstruation.
Ginger is a known herb for getting rid of cramps before period. The cramps can be avoided if you take ginger. Cut a small piece of ginger and mix it with boiling water for 5 minutes.
