Sweating

Sweat can also be a cause for pimples on legs. The sweat gets mixed with oil and dirt which further causes these red bumps on your skin. Sweat can also clog the pores on your legs and damage your skin. It happens mainly in hot and humid conditions.

Tight clothes

Tight jeans and pants can cause pimples on legs as they don’t allow the pores to breathe. By holding sweat inside the jeans and socks can combine oil, dirt, and bacteria and that can cause pimples and red bumps on the legs.

It is a very effective treatment to get rid of pimples on legs. Combine 5 tablespoon of olive oil and 8 teaspoons of turmeric powder and apply the paste on the affected areas. Leave it for at least one hour and then wash it off. Repeat this every day.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice is known for its citric acid properties which act as an antiseptic agent and kill the bacterias that can cause pimples on legs. Pour one lemon in a small bowl. Then soak the cotton ball in the lemon juice and apply it on the affected areas. The lemon juice will dissolve the pimples and help you get rid of the blackheads.

Drink water and eat healthy food

Drink enough water throughout the day to stay healthy and hydrated. It will also help in getting rid of the pimples on legs. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day is very important. You should also eat plenty of fruits to avoid any pimples on your legs or your body. Increase the intake of leafy vegetable and fruits which are rich in Vitamin A.
